We lucked out and got in. Good seats - 1st row, right in front of the sign language interpreters. Saw the Balcony Girls sign across the field. Estimate the crowd to be around 18,000. Good 45 minute show. Would've liked to see the other seats sold and the money go to a good cause. Jimmy did make a comment about how many Parrot Heads made it in.

"I have found me a friend...", who just happened to be wearing a Walmart ID badge!!!
My husband and I got to Razorback Stadium around 3:30, and located his friend with U of A Security. He was supposed to be our "in". But, to cover all bases, we struck up conversations with some Walmart associates waiting in line. One nice lady took it upon herself to find one without a guest in tow.

My husband, the parrothead by marriage, stayed behind to find another way in.
Walmart Security wasn't quite as nice as U of A Security. So, my husband found entrance a bit tricky.
After the lines had diminished, he overheard a guard ask on his radio if "the public" could be let in now. He was told "only if an associate could come to the entrance to let another friend in" So, I borrowed a card from someone I knew inside and got my husband in.
Well, it seems so complicated, but ohhh sooo worth it. We had great seats, and a wonderful time.
P.S. We had our grass skirts and leis in a bag to put on after we got in!
TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

No, I am not familiar with Oldtrougher, yet. However, I work with Caribbean Soul Man's mother. I spoke with her a couple of times throughout the concert.
I am very glad they were able to get in also!!!! Their extra tickets last year enabled us to see JB in Cincy.
Thanks for the welcome.

welcome to BN Jenny! Driving across town sure beats traveling to Cinci doesn't it. Although it's always great to get back to Riverbend

Glad you and your husband made it in. Listening to the concert on my dad's cell phone here in Carolina and hearing them sing and cheer along with JB was the next best thing to being there - I was with "y'all" in spirit anyway

We had two cordless phones on speaker on either side of the kitchen (stereo-phonic

) and sat at the table with our sons and listened to every song

Hey Tiki, Fayetteville is a very lively college town of about 60,000. It's a beautiful part of the state - Ozark Mtns, rivers, lakes, etc. Most folks even wear shoes and still have most of their teeth

Don't recall Jimmy ever playing there but I know Peter's band has stopped thru a time or two.

I believe the plan was to announce that Jimmy was playing a double bill with bin Ladin, and the Parrotheads would find him where the CIA and spy satellites failed.
