Red Rocks would be PERFECT! Center of the country (almost), intimate and beautiful setting. Haven't been to a show there since I saw George Benson there in 1981 but still remember it well. I was very impressed by it.

In answer to the question about renting red rocks - yes!

If a Community Event (funds going to a 501(c)3 org.) rental fee is $5,000 or 7% of gross gate receipts whichever is greater +$750 for move in/move out

If for Commercial Event
$7,500 or 11% of gross gate receipts whichever is higher +$750 for move in/move out

I just think a FLorida venue is more condusive to Jimmy and his music, lifestyle etc etc etc....

I would love it to be on the beach, but most beaches are public....
