Ticket problem!!
Sorry for having to start a whole new topic for this but I have a problem with a ticket order I made.
In April, I decided I would try to get tickets for Buffett at Wrigley just because it would be an amazing event (even though I live in Boston). I bought them not knowing if I could make the show but if I couldnt I have many people in Chicago I know who would go if I could not. It turns out I can not attend the show so I need to sell the tickets.
The problem is that these incompetent people at tickets.com have lost my tickets. So I have tried to contact these people about either voiding my transaction, sending new tickets or swithing the name on the tickets so someone else could go to the show. Now they are telling me they will not do any of these things. The only thing I can do is go pick the tickets up at will-call in Chicago or call them the day of the show to figure something out. By that date I will be in Ireland and will not be able to deal with this dilemma.
I don't know the legal specifics but I just don't see how it can be right that they take $400+ from me, lose my tickets and then tell me they can't do anything.
I am beyond frustrated with this situation and every ticket person I talk to at tickets.com just refuses to help me out in any way. I dont know what to do. I dont want to make money or anything; I just want my money back. Can anyone help be figure out how I can get these people to give me either 1) my tickets or 2) my money?!?!?!?!
Thanks! Any help would be appretiated!!!!

I used my debit card. I called master card and they understood my problem but said since the transaction happened in April that this company already has my money in their bank so cancelling wont really do anything.

You’re still grinning, we’re still winning, nothing left to say
I’m still gliding as I go flying down this endless wave
