Last night we went to our favorite neighborhood bar to settle in for a few Friday wind down cocktails. Since we live in a small ‘burb of Tampa, This place is very Cheers-like it seems we know most everyone! The Manager greets us with...
"I need your help! We just got in Margaritaville's Last Mango and Calypso Coconut Tequila and since you are my favorite Parrotheads...who better than to ask? We need to come up with a few recipes! Dinner and drinks are on me for your help!"

Well, after twisting our arms and recruiting MANY volunteers.... 4 hours and 48 recipes later....... we gave him a good start to sell a boat load of this stuff! We were careful not to infringe on any trademarks in the names! Basically we got a cocktail guide and starting substituting and TASTING!

Many were pretty good..... I personally like the Mango better since I am not a big coconut fan.... but in the right concoction.... they both had merit!

they look like good recipes, but I just can't bring myself to drink flavoured tequila. Just put me down for a snifter of "original recipe 100% blue agave" please
