You may have read the "Donating Money" topic. I've removed the topic and I'll explain my side of the story ...

BN can no longer be hosted on a shared server (one of those cheap plans for 19.95 or 39.99 per month). The site gets over 1 million hits per month, goes over 100GB in bandwidth, and uses up lots of cpu resource. I've had to move the site several times over the past 7 years because it has grown so much.

BN is now on a small dedicated server and with the donations I'll be able to move to a bigger and faster server with more memory. My goal is to break even and provide the best service possible.

A big thanks to everyone who has made a donation.

Jim, please know that most of us are paying no attention to one or two people shooting their mouths off about money.

Speaking for myself and for a number of others, as I see BN supporter sig lines popping up, we are MORE THAN WILLING to help with server costs to keep this terrific cyberhome up and running!!

A worthwhile cause even if I can't deduct it from my taxes.....much less fattening than Girl Scout Cookies.....well, maybe not if you factor in the PWI times.....I'm happy to buy a round here once in a while!!

Just 1 question, with the donations, does that take care of every thing? Or would a few donations monthly be needed to help the monthly expence?
