Tennesse went to Bush in both elections.
I'd venture a guess that every state has laws similar to the ones under which this woman was indicted, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and involving a minor in obscene acts. And I'd be willing to bet they were on the books and people have been prosecuted for violating them, since long before Bush was in the White House.

I would agree that it has nothing to do with Bush or Tipper, tho both of them could use a real dose of reality and all. Someone hit the nail on the head with the statement, "it's just crap from someone trying to force their version of belief on everyone else"
