This is a late reply but there is a way to download the file. It's a little tricky, but it works:
Open Windows Media Player

Click File-Open Url
Copy and paste this address into it: http://jimmydreamz.com/audio/media/helpless.wma


When it opens Click FILE-Save AS
Tell it where you want to save it and click save. This will save it to your computer

It worked for me and it's a great song. This is kind of a hack, so I hope whoever runs jimmydreamz doesn't mind/

Hell, I am from the States and the hair was standing up on the back of my neck. What a special treat.

Wasn't until I got back home on Tuesday night that I heard that Neil's father had passed away the day before the concert and besides playing another home boy's song that it may have been Jimmy's condolences to Neil. Pretty cool to have had the privilege to been there for it, if it was.
