playing sports all my life i've had many severe sprains. Some times a break is better because it will heal quicker

I sprained mine really bad and it hurt for weeks
The doc told me it would just take time to heal being that I was always
walking on it.

It most definitely takes time.. I'm the queen of sprains, played sports all my life and always hurt the right foot. Well, managed to sprain both at the Sunday Fenway show last year.. and to this day I still have problems with my left one.. :(
