Well, the client just changed the parameters of the project we were working on so now everything is up in the air. I went to my boss' office to remind him about my Key West trip in 2 weeks and I casually mentioned tomorrow night's concert at the Fillmore and Saturday's show in Vegas. He told me there was no urgency on this project anymore so if I could get tickets it wouldn't be a problem taking tomorrow and Friday off. There was still at least one ticket left for the Fillmore show. Tickets procured, plane ticket bought and hotels booked in both cities. But I have to cancel my Saturday morning dentist appointment.

Just bring your dentist to Vegas as well....you can use tequila instead of novacaine to deaden the pain!

I know someone (BHA) that is going to be delighted that someone will be watching the game. You might get company dean! He still can't believe I don't think, that the world series is going to be less than an hour from his house, with his fave team, and we're going to be all the way in vegas......
