Pre Party - Chicago

Me and my buddies coming from Baltimore for the Mon and Sun shows. Where is everyone "pre-partying" at? The Cuby Bear a good bet? Or somewhere else? Only 3 more months till Buffett in Chi' Town.

Theres a few of us coming up for the Monday show from South Carolina and we're looking for some people to hang out with as well. Also, we're not sure where we are staying yet, but we're probably flying in Sunday afternoon. We cant leave until Sunday b/c our Clemson Tigers are opening the season Saturday night hosting the Texas A&M Aggies and we're planning a full day of tailgating!

My boyfriend and I will be there ... coming from Philly Saturday a.m. in time to (hopefully) watch the Florida game with the Chicago Gator Club (assuming there's one in chicago) and then have tickets for Sunday and Monday (only singles for monday). Hoping to find some people to party with both days!

Might also have extra hotel rooms (right now I have 3 reserved) depending on whether or not any of our friends join us.

Florida fans i see......all i want to see them do is beat Spurrier and USC's asses down. I'm so sick of hearing about how Spurrier is the gonna be the savior for the gamecocks..... Anyway, if ya'll want, we can meet up. Its either gonna probably be 2 or 3 of us, and we'd love to find some people to party and drink with. We met up with some people 2 summers ago from Buffettnews at Merriweather in Baltimore and Nissan near D.C. and had a ball. Anyway, PM me if you want to try and hookup, we're not doing the Sunday show, but want to go out Sunday night for sure.

I may be in need of a room on Sat and Sun. night. I'll be trekking from SoCal and would love to hang out and party with anyone. Keep me in mind and let me know if you have an extra room.

Reliable sources have Mac playing the Colosseum in Mokena, IL, (I-80 at Rt. 45). Near Tweeter, site of last year Jimmy concert. Outdoor beer garden, tickets are supposed to go on sale Saturday, July 23, on Ticketmaster.

I'm going to the Sunday show and am looking for some people to party with as well.

I live out west in the Fox River Valley and will proably train it downtown, then crash at a friend's apartment downtown.

I'm happy to meet up wherever !

Anyone coming in from out of town for the Labor Day Weekend Show, come see Mac on Friday night. He is playing in Mokena, a southwest suburb. It is going to be a great show. I have seen him before and he is so much fun!!! You can take Metra...Let me know if you want details....It will be a great start to an amazing, Buffett filled weekend....

The SO is wayyyyy out of the country for work this week, but if I get a a phone call I'll see if I can get a yes/no committment. I should at least have one extra room and will let you know.

It'll be a good week. Both philly concerts the week before, then flying in for both chicago concerts. And, naturally, the first gator game of the season. Yes. I have a problem.

Sounds good, let me know. I'll be staying with my brother out in Westmont for the weekend, but if I can find something close to Wrigley on Sun night and possibly Sat. I'd rather do that. That way I'll be able to just stumble home from any pre-concert party that I come across. LOL
