Anyone catch Jimmy on the 7/4 Ellen Show ?

Post by RemovedUser »

Jimmy sang Margaritaville, it was just him and his guitar. The audience

was kind of dull but overall a good performance from JB.

I missed it the first two times it was shown, so this was quite a treat for me still coming down from the high of the PNC Park show the week before. It was interesting to just hear Jimmy alone--no Coral Reefers, dancers, etc. The audience did not seem to quite get into the spirit of the moment except for two gentlemen in Hawaiian shirts. And when Ellen asked Nicole Kidman if she was a Parrothead, the look on her face was priceless! (Obviously she did not know what she was talking about!) But after missing this show over and over again, it was nice to finally see it!
