whew, me either. Every time I get a popup message that I have a PM, I get really nervous because I think maybe I've done something wrong that I didn't know about and a mod is PM-ing me....but then, I'm just a leeetle bit paranoid. I have a little pair of noids?

From my relatively short time here, I'd say you'd probably have to say something pretty bad or disrespectful to get a PM from a mod.

I don't think I have either. Although I'm a moderator at another Buffett site (at least I used to be, I haven't posted there in months so I don't know if I still am) and I was suspended there for 30 days once.

I'm glad he's happy with the way the board is moderated but what's good for the goose is good for the gander. If that thread was going to be locked for going off topic then there are tons more threads that are far more guilty of it than that one. If talking about the possibility of remasters is considered off topic when all of the cuts on that compilation areremasters then it has to make one wonder what the criteria is (aside from the aforementioned posters going at it). Nothing the matter with a healthy discourse and that's what I witnessed in that thread. Smells more like the power of cheese to me which carries more weight here than actual conversation regarding music.

Ummm. I think my sarcasm has escaped everyone . When I get outta line, I get called out on it, too, just like everyone else. I'm the last to say I don't toe the line on occasion, because I do...but I knock it the spork off if "they" ask me to. Well, sorta.
