For the life of me I can't understand why, day after day, anyone would want to come to a place that they didn't like, only to be surrounded by people who don't want them there. How many days in a row do you have to get your ass kicked to realize that maybe you should do your drinking in another bar - especially when you didn't like that bar in the first place?
And I assume by "bar" you don't mean "pole"???

Where did I say I didn't like this place? I do like it. That said, I've also tried searching out other Buffett sites but they're all populated by the same people so may as well stay here. I also don't feel like "I'm surrounded by people that don't want me here". There may only be a few of us that aren't afraid to stand up for ourselves but we're here and we're not leaving.

More accurately, I'm a candidate for the "calling it like I see it clique" while so many others chose to walk around with blinders on who simply refuse to acknowledge the overwhelming bias at work here. Funny how no one locked or closed the Howard Stern thread when it was hijacked by members of the clique. Guess I should be used to it by now but I will NEVER stop speaking out against such blatant bias at this web site.
Here's what I don't get... you get all bent out of shape about threads being hijacked, but what have you done to this thread?

Check the number of times people have come into one of my threads for the sole purpose of hijacking it and then find the times I've done something similar. The results will far aweigh the clique hijacking my threads. Just letting folks know what it's like to get a taste of their own medicine and I'm guessing you don't like it either? Now maybe, just maybe you will know how the rest of us feel.

If I see bias I'm going to point it out, why shouldn't I? I'm all for getting along with everyone here and have sincerely tried to do so but it can't be one sided. If I start a thread and all someone can come up with for a response is "so" then they're asking for it. Quit that kinda BS and BN would be a much more pleasant place. That's up to the folks that get their premature kicks from doing things like that, not me.
