Well that game was alot closer than I thought. Missed extra point, and missed FG killed us tonight. But was proud of our guys, thought we might get blown out. Congrats to all the Dawgs on here.

And the Ohio State Luckeyes hosting the Texas Exes of Austin! What a battle this should be. I know those scarlet & gray a**holes  will be pumped for this one Saturday night. Much as I hate to say it I'm hoping the Luckeyes take care of business for the conference's sake. Cudos to these 2 schools for scheduling this monster intersectional game! 8) For those who will be there, say hi to the flasher girls at the hotel near the big screen for me. :o
Yes cudos to these two...it's like ND & UM every year!...OSU has such a joke nonconference schedule usually...it's about time they played another big nonconference game
ND & scUM dont play every year, that rivalry if you call it one , only started in the mid 80's, unlike the ND vs. MSu rivarly who played 36 years nonstop.

oh and ND's moment back in the spotlight last only till the 17th when MSU makes it 7 for the last 8 games.

SC played a great game, a couple of mistakes but really gave the "Dawgs" a run for their money.....great game to watch, true SEC football!! :D

Wow, what a day for college football. Even though my Vols had an off-week, I've been planted in front of the TV since early this afternoon watching the greatest sport in the world.

The Irish are for real! Hats off to Charlie, he must be something special! It's always great to see the Big Blue go down in their own house:)

Another great coach proved himself once again today. "The Ole' Ball Coach" Steve O. Spurrier gave the Dawgs all they could handle between the hedges. Is South Carolina that good or is Georgia as good as people thought?

Well, the jury is out on Oklahoma. The honeymoon is over, they s***! Several months ago, everybody in the nation thought that they could beat some NFL teams and that they were the best team to ever play the college game. Oh how hard they fall and oh how fast! A loss to TCU last week and a near-death squeak-by of Tulsa, both in Norman, has the Sooners sweating next Saturday's trip to Pasadena. I doubt Texas is too worried about "the big" game this year anymore.

Hats-off to both Texas and Ohio State! What a game! Did there have to be a loser? They both played great. Vince Young is the real deal, and the OSU linebackers are headhunters! Look for these two teams to be in the hunt for the roses in December.

Well, the big game is a week away. The Vols take a trip into the Swamp. Can we make it 3 in-a-row at the Swamp? We better play better than we did last week, but I like our chances. GO VOLS!

Hey man! It has been a while. I'm back at work and settling into my new house with my wife. It has been crazy lately, and I just don't have the free time I used to. I also spend alot of time in the fall on a UT football message board, so I guess I just need to get my priorities straight. :)

Well, I'm heading to bed after this very good college football Saturday. Just saw LSU top it all off by hanging in there for a victory over Arizona State. Go SEC! You gotta be happy for LSU fans, after all they've been through in the last few days.

Well actually it restarted in 1978...but who is concerned with the truth...My point is both of them are willing to tee it up big time early in the season every year....Acutally the reason they didn't play for a lot of years was anti-Catholicism on Fielding Yost's part...and I am well versed with the ND_MSU History...and if MSU does pull out a victory that would be 6 out of 8..and I will be at the game if you want to grab a beer

Hey Bob
I spend some time on www.collegesports.com

The only bad thing about the Vols/Gators game is that my team, FSU is playing at Boston College at the same friggin' time
At least the last time I checked that was the case.

It is great to have Spurrier back in the SEC, the crowd just got louder everytime they showed him on the screen.Thank You SC for hiring Spurrier and showing the country SEC football is the best conference in Football.

Whew that was a close one but at least it's because we played a worthy team, unlike Tennessee last week that barely got by UAB.

Well, the Gamecocks put up a valiant effort--that one was a lot closer than most people predicted. The USC/UGA matchups are always pretty interesting games.
