Now that was a tough hard fought game. Congrats on the win. We shot ourselves in the foot a few times. Had many chances to score a touchdown and blew it. I really thought it was over when your guy fumbled the punt and we were on your 10. But your D stepped up. Again congrats and good luck in your bowl game.

Thanks. It WAS a tough-fought, crazy game. So many turnovers...I really thought we were going to lose it in the 1st quarter--it really seemed like Charlie just wasn't in the groove. And the fumbled punt....geez. But our D definitely stepped up to the challenge. It was one of the most evenly matched Clemson-USC games in years, I think. If you look at the stats, it was so even....I think both teams had about the same number of yards on offense, etc.

Good luck in your bowl game, as well.

I have a question--what was with the strange formation on kickoffs that USC was using? Have they done that all season? Just wondering...never seen that before. The commentators kept talking about it.

That was the first time we had used it. I think it had to do with that you guys have had good special teams and we were trying to confuse on which way we were kicking the ball and so you might get confused on who to block.

Ah....ol' Steve was trying to be tricky.

You know...I have to say....I really thought Steve would come in an flop his first year. But you guys ended up doing really well this year. I never thought you'd go 7-4 with a bowl trip in the future.

I'm already looking forward to next year's game. Maybe both of our teams will get to the point where this game actually matters outside of this state.

:x Well....once again the Michigan "D" let me down! Kudos to Troy Smith and the Buckeyes. I'm sure if Smith played against Michigan every week he'd be a Heismann winner!

Awesome shootout between Fresno & USC. Watched it to the bitter end. Bush is a helluva of player but pleaseeeeee.......referees...........how many times can you miss USC's offensive linemen holding. On 2 of Bush's TD runs you could blatantly see holding as Bush rushed by the blocker. This team does not need the refs help....SO DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM!

Kudos to the Commodores.....great to see them get the gorilla off their back! And let's not forget about the Jackets throttling the Canes! Hats off!

Special Congrats to Tailgate Lady for her Hokies jumping back into the ACC title game picture and her Richmond Spiders romping to victory as well!

P.S. Hey MSU#1...I'm sure I saw you on GameDay...you must have had the sign that said "I HATE MICHIGAN". Nonetheless, I know you're happy B-Ball season is here. Oh, by the way...what was up with that SPANKING you took on the Island! Had to take that shot, It'll be my only chance I'm sure!!

Memo to Texas & Mack Brown...DO NOT CHOKE AGAINST A&M this coming weekend......we all want to see you slay the USC dragon!

amazing what Steve can do with inferior talent. So many players were let go before the season...and then he pulls the 7-4. Even on the opponents sideline now, I still love him 8)

UF/FSU this weekend 8)

So who wants to lose this game more? FSU's offense has been kinda pathetic (w/ Jeff Bowden as OC, it's no shock) and with 2 losses in a row, they've got to be a little down. But nobody stays down for this game. The Gators offense has been mostly non-existent, showing sparks only occasionally. The secondary can't plan man very well. With 6 very important players either out with a injury or very hobbled, the Gators are going to have a rough time. But.....

The Gators find a way to win. Meyer takes back the Swamp 8)

Bobcats' 3rd win out of the last 4 "Cat-Griz Weekend" contests. After a 16 year losing streak, it's good to see a little balance come back to the game.

Now, the big question is whether this was more of a "resting week" for the Griz on their way to another National Championship, or if they were just peaking too early for the playoffs.

Thanks Dr. C. I love BN, probably one of the few places that a rabid Michigan and a rabid OSU fan can coexist. Now, we can both root against MSU. and wait for football bowl games.

It has been a fun year. Alot of us thought this year would be rough with all the guys getting kicked off the team. Specially since some of them were starters. But Steve pulled them together and showed them how to win. We are looking forward to the future, knowing that he is going to bring in some very good recruits, that play his kind of football. Should be lots of fun, now just waiting to see if we are going to the Outback or Peach Bowl.

What a wrap up....SC and UT do as expected and then some...and few wrinkles in the BCS...How Bout them Dawgs! Dadgummit, Bobby can still do it!

My BCS Bowl Predictions

Rose SC v Texas

Fiesta ND v OSU

Sugar UGA v WVU

Orange FSU v PSU

ND and OSU both have a shot at automatic selections. If OSU moves to # 4 in BCS standing they are guaranteed a BCS spot. If ND moves up to # 6 in he BCS they are also guaranteed a spot.

USA Today Coaches Poll was realeased today. Last week ND was ranked #7 and Oregon # 8. This week after neither team played, Oregon moved to #5 and ND to #6. Last week ND had a 26 point leaad over OU in the poll, and this week they trail by 15. Did Oregon get that better over the weekend or did the PAC 10 coaches get together on this one. Very interesting....
