I am very curious as to what those in the know have to offer here as well. Originally we were told march, then fathers day, then summer, obviously none of those came to be, i just hope that it has been delayed typical mailboat fashion instead of canned. Anyone know?
I studied the life at sea, I studied the life in bars. Never passed my S.A.T.s so i thought I'd study extra hard.

One would think that a release soonest would be best since all the hype and hoopla from LTC has all but disappeared. That run is over with exception to the Country charts. Mailboat has missed the boat to capture people's interest while it still exists (or existed) with all that surrounded the event of LTC debuting at number one and being Jimmy's biggest selling album since Fruitcakes and Banana Wind.
Now that summer is on the wane, I bet a post-Turkey Day pre-Toys Under The Tree day release seems...somewhat realistic.
I'm not holding my breath. Why care anymore? I don't. I haven't played one Buffett song or album since winter. I've stopped listening. I'm too busy as it is anyway. If Mailboat fails on their word, why bother at all? In fact, I'm surprised they didn't release a Tiki Time live compilation from all the shows - a best of the live albums live album. Which would make a lot of sense (and money) I think.
