Poco in NYC

Post by Goodman »

My inside sources reveal the latest incarnation of Poco (no Timothy, Richie or Jim) will appear at the historic BB Kings Blues Club in the Time Square section of NYC. The date is Saturday 8/27 at 8PM.

My folks won't let me go- can somebody go and check it out?

Thanks
I know Jimmy Buffett, Jimmy Buffett is a friend of mine. Son, you're no Jimmy Buffett!

Music group from the 70's...(roughly). This was one of their more popular albums:

If I'm not mistaken, I think Phil Hartman (of Saturday Night Live fame) did the graphics for the album cover).

Poco was a California/Southern rock group that came after Buffalo Springfield but before the Eagles. Members included Timothy B. Schmidt, Richie Furay, Jim Messina, Rusty Young, Randy Meisner and Paul Cotton (others too). Not all these guys were together at the same time as the group kept reforming. They had some good tunes and "A Good Feelin to Know" is a guaranteed feel good tune.
