actually they bought Fields a few months ago---we are awaiting (and dreading) the word on whether they will change the name or not---folks here will be pretty upset if they do, and it seems likely.

macy's also bought burdines here in FL.

I guess it didn't make the news out here....since my family is from Chicago they would have paid attention to that.

For awhile you could buy Frango's at Target...but then they phased them out.

BEG-actually Target used to own Fields, and when they dumped Fields they discontinued the Frangos.
