GUEST INFORMATION FOR JIMMY BUFFETT CONCERTS
AT CITIZENS BANK PARK ON AUGUST 25 AND 27
Tickets
· For ticketing questions prior to the two dates, please call
New Era Tickets at 1-800-298-4200 or e-mail them at customerservice@neweratickets.com

· On August 25 and August 27, ticketing questions can be
answered by personnel at the Citizens Bank Park ticket windows located on the west side of the ballpark on Citizens Bank Way.
· Once inside the ballpark, ticket questions can be addressed
at the advance ticket windows on the Main Concourse behind Section 123.
· Those ticket holders that have seating on the playing field
must obtain a wristband at one of the kiosks located just inside the entrance gates.
Wristbands are required to get onto the playing field.
Parking
· The parking lots in the Sports Complex will open starting at
6:00 a.m. Lots will be opened at staggered times.
Tailgating
· Tailgating is permitted only in parking lots south of
Pattison Avenue and east of Darien Street: lots A-G, J-N and P (please see

Gate openings
· Ashburn Alley will open early (5:00 p.m.) for those guests
who want to sample the various food stations in that area. Entrance is through the Left Field Gate.
· The Third Base and First Base Gates will open at 6:00 p.m.
(Please note: the Right Field Gate will not be open).
McFadden's Restaurant
· McFadden's Restaurant at Citizens Bank Park will only be open
to that day's concert ticket holders after 2:00 p.m.
Security issues
· Security stations will be set up at each gate entrance.
Please allow plenty of time to get through security and enter the ballpark.
· Prohibited items include: cans, bottles, food and beverages,
bags of any kind (other than women's purses), umbrellas, cameras, audio or video recording devices and laser pointers. Women's purses will be searched prior to entry.
· Ballpark staff will NOT be able to hold or check any items
for you. If you have any prohibited items, please leave them in your vehicle.
· There is a no re-entry policy at Citizens Bank Park. Once you
leave the ballpark, you may not re-enter.
