How to record concert off Sirius website?

I just got aol road runner and wanted to start recording shows off sirius web site. But I am not sure how to. Is there a software that I need to download first? Any help that any of you guys can give is appreciated. I am trying to get everything ready so I can try and record the first Philly show.
