France Raises Terror ALert

In light of recent bus and subway attacks across the English Channel
in London, the French Government announced earlier today that it has
raised its terror alert from 'Run' to 'Hide'.

The only two higher levels in France are 'Surrender' and 'Collaborate'.

The rise was further precipitated by a recent fire which destroyed
France's white flag factory, effectively paralyzing its military.
