New Parrothead Cooking Site

Post by ChefMike »

Friends,

Just opened up a blog for my fellow Parrothead friends that will focus on healthy Island Style Cooking. I started this site at the request of some fellow parrothead club members that were always asking me for recipes for parties. So I thought, if I am doing it for a few, why not for many!

Please come and join in at http://www.parrotheadcookbook.com

Let me know what you think and what other recipes or cooking stuff you may be looking for!

Fins to the Left,

Chef Mike

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to pimp the cookbook! Good work Renee!

Great site!! I learned a long time ago that if you enjoy food you had best learn how to cook, so every new avenue of advice is appreciated.

Cooking is like love. It should be entered into with abandon or not at all..

OK mike, do you have a recipe for coconut shrimp and dipping sauce. I had a wonder dish in Miami like it and haven't been able to replicate it yet...
