Wake-Up call???

Anybody else starting to wonder if maybe we just p*** off God to the point he had to give us another wake-up call?? I can't help but think he is watching from above ... and is a little p*** at how some people behave and treat each other and disrespect him.... I am not sure this is what he was thinking but anyway.... "Tell me all your thoughts on God....Tell me why we're who we are"... just curious

I go to church on Sundays, don't murder, rape, or rob my neighbors. Maybe NO was the modern Sodom and Gomorrah. Most of that town was built around sin. Vegas will be next if that's the case.

I forget the other ones but we really are not behaving as we probably should be - I try to be nice and pay it forward - but I am not always as nice as I should be - and I know I have sinned (we won't go into the depths

) -so I said a little prayer for the people who need help and I also promised to be a better example. Of course this could seriously change my behavior at future Buffett Tailgates!!!!!!!

I haven't been to church since I was 15 (I'm 53 now) and I don't murder, rape or rob my neighbors either. Going to church has nothing to do with it.

And to answer the question posed at the beginning of this thread - with all due respect to the religious folk among us, if this storm, or any other natural disaster, is a "wake-up call" from God then that's a God I don't want anything to do with. let me duck under my desk now so I don't get struck by lightning

Didn't the Lord also command that you shall not hate and you should love thy neighbor?
