I'm mad. I have seen the horrible conditions that these people are having to deal with as we all have. The federal government has dropped the ball on getting supplies and getting people out of the Gulf Coast region. They should have had ships waiting at the nearest safe harbor waiting to move the second it was clear, with supplies, medication, food, and water. Write your representatives and tell them that this cannot happen again. We need to have a plan of action ready to go at the drop of a hat. Commandeer Greyhound buses and get those people out.
