I'll admit SD outplayed the Pats yesterday. Too many injuries and they couldn't maintain the emotion from the Steeler game.

All I can say is we'll see how it shakes out in January. The Pats have a record of taking vengence on those who beat them in the regular season. Right Pittsburgh?

Interesting sidenote to the Colts-Titans game, Walter Payton's son, Jarrett Payton made his NFL debut at the end of the game, he had a few garbage-time carries, and picked up 35 yards or so.

They're playing great as a team!! The defense is continuing to show its stuff and the offense is special...what a great tandem: Manning to Harrison. Things are looking good!!!

Remember, the Redskins are 2 1/2 games up (1 1/2 games in the standings and 1 game up in the tie breaker).

The NFL announced today that for financial reasons, they had to eliminate one team from the league.

So they've decided to combine the Green Bay Packers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and form one team, causing many layoffs but saving millions of dollars in costs.

They will be known as the TAMPACKS. Unfortunately, they're only good for one period and have no second string.
