**UPDATE**
So today hubby had a training class and left home for work about the same time I did, he in our car--me in our truck. There was 1 car between us as we were driving through the neighborhood to the highway. Some chick ran the light and hubby totally T-boned her car. The front-left end of our car is totally smushed (the same side that was hit a few weeks ago).

Fortunately, no one was hurt and the lady has insurance so our car will get fixed....but my poor little car. It was the first brand-new car I ever owned, and even though it's gettin' old, it's been very good to us. :( :( The damage wasn't too much that he couldn't drive to work, though, which is good.

Also, earlier this year, someone stole the license plates of the same car and stole a different car--they finally got caught and busted. Kinda freaky when the PD called our house when they recovered the plates.

It was kinda freaky watching hubby get in an accident right in front of my face. I'm pretty lucky I didn't rear-end the dude in front of me when he slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting the accident.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Someone hit my car in the parking lot.

Stoooooooooooooooooooooooooopid person. :x :x

That is all.

Mal... I was in my third car accident in 1 year over the weekend. All three the other driver's fault. I feel your pain.

I totally thought of you and your hit-run incident last year.

It's not even a nice car at all (1997 Cavalier), but it's the first new car I ever had and it's been very good to us.

What happened this weekend?

Sweetie... just because the other car didn't swerve out of your way as you drove down the wrong side of Addison when coming home from the Irish Oak... does not make it their fault

BTW - sorry, I didnt call last week... we kinda had a hurricane knock out our utilities/phones/cable modems/cell phone towers/etc. etc. for 2-3 days... Seriously :(

I'm sorry Mal. It's a horrible feeling. In England, I was in two accidents in one year (neither my fault and in the second, the guy had to go to driving school or get his license suspended for wreckless driving).

hugsxxx

I feel your pain. I had a 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse that I dearly loved. It got hit twice. Both times it was parked. Hard to believe but true.
