The previous PTA treasurer could not find any floppy discs that would work to back up and just give me a disc. So, she emailed the QDATACPY files. Should I just save them right into Intuit Quickbooks when I'm looking at the C drive tree? Should I create a separate folder and drag the data over? FYI - I use a PC.
I've backed up my 3 other accounts just in case I make a mistake. I've restored accounts from a backup disc but never from an email transfer of data.
