That's probably the most sensible thing said in some time...Thank you...chitownpirate wrote:Come on everyone....no matter how much money someone has, noone is obligated to donate anything...that's why they call it a donation. And for anyone to expect anything differently is simply ridiculous.
Plus it's just ONE chapter that he's donated to that was made public. Why must we continue to crawl up this man's ass with a microscope as to what he should or should not do?
25grr was quite generous IMHO...I know I couldn't do it...
So...thank you JB...

lets see, so far that we know of,
* Donating a Jersey that we all know he would love to be able to keep, to be auctioned on E bay for Red Cross
* Matching the funds collected by the firemen in Chicago
* Putting up each of his New Orleans employees for 2 nights,
giving them a 4 wk advance and giving them a job at another
location of Margaritaville
* performing in the Benefit Big Apple to Big Easy
* $25,000 to hawaii red cross for Katrina aid
I may have missed something. and I am sure more will surface that we do not yet know about. but for a guy who normally keeps things he does for others kind of Private, Not too shabby
