Love charcoal..
But there are some cities in the state where they are not allowed, due to fire danger.
At least we have
something..

Thanks for all the responses
I have been cooking out on the grill alot lately and I just was curious to see what fellow ph's liked to cook
I'm also one of those people who use charcoal instead of gas..When you grill with charcoal it just leaves a magic taste in whatever your cooking...
I Wanna go back down and get high by the sea there...

A grill is something found in the kitchen stove
However, on a BBQ (and with wood as the fuel) ....
Sausages and onions are the only thing to eat on there!!!
But an aussie BBQ usually has
Sausages
onions
potato slices
banana
egg
Steak
Lamb Chops
(all unseasoned - but throw a can of beer over it)
and NO SHRIMP

Man..I forgot my Orange Butt Chicken!!!! LOL...
Whole chicken , rubbed inside and out with garlic and lemon pepper ..and open a can of orange soda and put it in the chicken and cook it...Gives a great citrusy taste to the chicken...
I like it better than beer butt chicken....It looks bizarre as hell..but man , it's good!
