Twice!
Let me preface this story by saying that St. Louis radio NEVER plays any Buffett, but yesterday, our classic rock station played Jimmy TWICE in the same day! And neither of them was Margaritaville!
In the afternoon, I was in the teacher store and heard something familiar. So I repositioned myself to make out what it was, and they were playing Coconut Telegraph! And then on the way home from my girlfriend's house last night I was rocking out to CIP. (It's amazing how that song is great when it's on the radio, but I tend to skip over it when it's on a CD)

To me that sounds like a Tall Tale from Margaritaville. We have KLOU 103.3 on in the office. I hear Margaritaville about once a day, but nothing else.Ilph wrote:Let me preface this story by saying that St. Louis radio NEVER plays any Buffett, but yesterday, our classic rock station played Jimmy TWICE in the same day! Yeah, KSHE's still around. I agree with you about them not being as good as they used to be.freddyfishstick wrote:I grew up in spfld, Il and we always loved K-SHE 95- awesome rock station frm the 60's and 70''s last time I was back that way though I tuned in and didnt care for it as much. Are they still around? The logo was a pig with something that looked like a hand rolled something or other.
