Simple...... Tell her you don't date people you work with...
SchoolGirlHeart nailed it. I believe the CEO would favor your response. If he doesn't then he's not a true CEO. Trust me I work for a company that abides by the Code of Business Conduct. CEO included. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Do what you think and feel is right...don't play games and BS on this; that will only prolong the issue and potentially cause more problems...just say "no thankyou" and ask that they respect you on that. If they keep bothering you about this...start keeping a log of what's going on (time, date, conversations, etc.)...'cause it actually sounds like a potential sexual harassment situation to me. And I think you also said they're in bankruptcy.... :-? Maybe it's time to dust of the resume.... :-? Hang in there Cap'n.

Well the resume has been sent out already
I am going to do one of two things but both of them can only happen next week.

I am going to tallk to the VP to see if he can help out but he is out of the office till next week.
I am going to have one my friends who knows the daughter abbout this problem because it seems I can t get though to her or her mom. She is suppose to come home next week.
I rather have the friend do it just because I dont want to make the atmosphere at work becoming more uncomfortable then it already is.
My friend went to school with the daughter and used to be friends with her so that helps

You could always tell her that you're not interested in conceited schmucks who mooch off their fathers and doesn't respect other people's wishes.....

...and then collect unemployment.

Quiet and Shy is so right (she always is!!)....this does smack of sexual harassment. Keep a log of everything, just in case.....you can always throw it away later if you don't need it. If you were a woman, this situation would've been more obvious (not fair at all). I mean the mother came to your house, for gosh sakes. :o

Just take her out twice, tell her you're in love with her on the second date and then start stalking her. She'll drop you very quickly. Or it'll get much, much worse.
