Thanksgiving used to be my favorite holiday, but now even THAT'S becoming monotanous for me. When I gather with my family for Thanksgiving dinner, instead of them giving thanks for all they have and all they've been blessed with, I have to listen to them b|tch and whine about who I voted for, and all that's "wrong" with America.
Some days I really think I truly WAS born "200 years too late," but one thing I've learned how to do in the time I have been here is to roll with the punches. They want to be miserable-FINE, I choose not to participate in their misery.

would.
Both of my step-kids will be up this year, so it'll be better than the past few years. At least THEY know they're blessed.
