the name tags are the same this year as last year...there has only been 1 design from 7LordsBeach Blonde wrote:Hey Oregon... or Portland Goers...
I tried to get a Buffettnews nametag... to no avail.... he hasn't opened his mail... regardless, what do they look like this year and I will make a home made one....
Please HELP me on this, pleazzzzzzzzzzzzz~~
I still am rooming alone. sad, but true.
Plus my microbus could have a drunk or two or three sleeping in it.
Sorry about repetition, but I am going to post this to the other Portland thread... so that I can make my name tag.
Last year a janitor thought mine was a backstage pass and started to head me in that direction.... OMG..... but, alas, I was stopped by someone smarter.

I will boot leg my "tags" tomorrow... gotta find them here on the web, but will do that tomorrow...
Does anyone else want a boot leg while I am at it....????????
Definately not to take away from 7lords... but, one has to do what one has to do in an emergency... ha ha...
He's a great guy for doing it.
So, while I am doing this, anyone else want one? They certainly won't be as colorful, but it's better than nutin.

I will make them today. As I remember all we need is our bn name and that sums it up.
Our lanyards will look different, but hey... free is a good price. Private message me and I will have them at the concert.. pre party, all laminated and pretty.
I can't wait!!!
Are their any Margaritaville Virgins that will be with us (first time Buffett-show experience????)

Hey, New to the Northwest as of a year ago. My old Buffett concert playground was Alpine Valley in Wisconsin so I am used to the whole tailgating allowed starting at noon. So I am taking some Buffett virgins to the show and part of the show is seeing all of my fellow Parrotheads doing the things we do in honer of being released from the real world for a 8 to 10 hour period of time. I want to go to the twin palms so they can experiance that but there is no way we could get there before 6 and it sounds like it is ending at 7 which makes sense. So my simple question is where is the post-party so you vetern parrotheads (I have only been to 6 shows) can show my friends a true Parrothead experiance. Oh yah and since I can't be at the pre-party can someone please tell Snake to "throw someone in the Pool" And please don't have a naked congo line without me!

Next week is going to be great especially after going to the Seahawks vrs Dallas game yesterday and pulling out the win. Thursday head down to Portland for the Jimmy Buffett pre party and concert. I am spending night @ Double Tree so all good to go. I then head back to Seattle and get to see the Rolling Stones Sunday @ Key Arena.
PS I almost forgot Jimmy gave me a 4 day weekend

I am working on the bootleg nametags.... all is well.... for those that are asking for them, I will have them at the double tree.. .and I will even make up a few extra and you can fill in your own name...
this isn't to take away from the real mccoy .... the 7lords real deal, but one must improvise ...

Is anyone going to the show solo. I am thinking of doing it since one of may phriends may not be going. It is difficult for non diehards to get off with limited notice time available. I am so excited I may leave work today drive by the Space Needle and not even realize where I am until I see the Portland OR skyline. I need to focus one more work day after today.
