I just got an e-mail from a friend that has a villa on St. Barth.....

10/12/05: Just met our first superstar on the island!.. WE JUST MET JIMMY BUFFETT!!! and we didn't even have to leave the comfort of our own villa, He came to us!! How cool is THAT!? ... what a NICE guy! I am so excited! --- Holly

how does that happen i'd like to know. they really didn't leave their villa?jb doesn't just drive to an known persons villa???????? however that happened, that is too cool and i'm soooo jealous.

I'll see if I can get more detials for you. I haven't heard from my friends for months. I knew they were looking for a place in the islands..... but I had no idea they moved to St. Barts

Maybe it was a "welcome to the island" visit?

ps... you can guess who will be asking to stay in the guest room

i NEED to meet these friends of yours. to live on st. barths' 6 months out of the year is my DREAM. if i ever won the lottery, purchasing a villa there would be the first thing i'd do.

Donny and Holly....... Some friends that use to run a charter service out of Miami to the Bahamas.

Last I heard they were moving their charter to the islands........ I guess they ended up in St. Barts.... I'm sure I've told you the story about my run-ins with Capt. D in Bimini..... If not, I'll share more at MOTM
