Right now, 6:30.

In a few weeks when I go back to work, more like 5:30.

On the weekends, 8:00-9:00....

Up at 6am. Downstairs and hit the coffee button. Wake oldest keet by 6:10. Take asthma RX and chocolate milk to youngest keet. Slowly, quietly and gently, I awaken the Princess, careful not to upset her in any way. She opens her mouth and I insert "chewy pill". I tell her chocolate milk is on the nightstand. I turn off the night light and on the TV...to Cartoon Network, volume 18. I go to the kitchen and pour a cup of coffee. By 6:30 I tell oldest keet I'm headed back upstairs to shower. After I complete my shower and am dressed, I return to Princess's bedroom and raise the blinds. Hoping this will make her get up without hollering, her or me. By 7:10 she's getting dressed. I finish getting ready, I comb her hair and by 7:30, I have woken up hubby to begin his day and both keets and I are out the door.

NO...I am NOT the morning person and NEITHER IS MOLLIE! (aka the Princess)

Then sometimes 6.45am

and on a bad day 7.00am

3:00 AM (gotta pee)
6:00 AM ('cause everything hurts and I can't sleep any more)
6:45 AM (crawl out of bed to get ready for work)

My alarm is set for 5:45, but it is rare that I get to sleep until the alarm goes off. My 'keet serves as my alarm....gotta get up when he gets up. This morning it was 5 a.m. Sometimes it's more like 4-4:30, but I can usually get him back to sleep at that time, so then I'll go back to sleep until 6 a.m.

Then it's breakfast for me and the 'keet, getting myself and 'keet dressed, hubby takes care of the dog's needs then showers and dresses, then we're out to door on the way to daycare and work by 7:15 or so. In the office usually by 7:45. (If i don't get here early, I don't get good parking, and I'd rather get in a little early than have to walk a long ways to my office....such is life working on a college campus.)

Hmm, don't think the Depends would work. Oh sure, you get a nice warm feeling for a little while but then ..... :o
And I already have a SleepNumber bed and while it's better than the "traditional" bed, it hasn't been the cure-all for the aches & pains. (Maybe I just haven't found my ideal number ..... either that or I need to take down the trapeze.) :D

Catheter ... I think you might be on to something with that one.
Sensory deprivation ... only if it's selective!
