No, I don't but I do know what was said in public and I was banned based on the same grounds. Twist and turn the situation any way you want, the bottom line is, I was banned for violating the same rule and this person isn't being held to the same standards.

Yes, but the person responsible for making the comment is still here. That's a luxury I wasn't given when I was banned. I recieved a message from Jim and that was it. No private discussion took place at all.
It's being discussed by the moderators.. in private.. and we can not ban someone. And PHJim is not here every moment of every single day.
