Too bad they don't spend as much learning to drive them as they do washing them.

That seems silly because so many chemicals are used to melt the snow/ice on the road that are REALLLY bad for your paint.

They do get dirtier faster in the winter though.

you could spend a lot of time washing the road grime from sand/salt on the roads in the winter.

    I just have to laugh at this, every year when we go to Fla, the kids always remark how the cars all look so clean there. We just always thought it was cause there was no snow down there.  :lol:It's such a difference from all the filthy cars up here in Boston in January and February yuck!!!!!!!
Dad does wash his car once a week there as he stays on the beach and the salt does cover it, but we just thought that was grandma being grandma and making him wash it so she doesn't get sea salt on her clothes.

Mine goes for some "loving" at Car Lovers every now and then. No hoses where I live, so unable to wash it myself at home - and no lawn and is illegal to was a car on anything but lawn on your own property (soap goes down the storm water drains and pollutes).

I think it needs to get some loving soon - some bird decided to leave a few souveniers on it ...

I have nearly done 2000km in it!! woo hooooo!!! (in 5 months  - that is less in miles)

I get my car washed in the summer everyday at around 3.

Between November and March I get it washed a couple times, whenever my mother in law visits.

Its' the least she can do for the free trip to Florida. :o

Wash Truck about every 2 weeks or when it is going to be "dry and sunny" for awhile. Black is awesome when clean, but gets dirty very easy.
Wax in spring and in fall. Just waxed it last week.

. . " loving " . . .

that's cute . .

I always say mine " needs to go to the Beauty Shop " . .

which around here means finding a Little League team with a Car Wash . .for donations only . .

and they are usually out every weekend . .
