I only write one check a month and I could care less if my landlord is entertained by it so standard issue for me...

I use my debit card 99% of the time.....checks scare me.
I've seen the havoc that can result from one book of checks being stolen or lost! If I lose my debit card one phone call can render it useless....

Debit cards scare me... Too easy to "zip it and rip it". I like writing checks out to pay for groceries because it makes me think about the cash I spent. Bills, I pay online.
