I always wear shorts. I am "that guy." In college I wore pants few times.

By the way, agreed on Ugg boots being a sin to people's eyes and fashion sense everywhere.

Okies.....so what is the COLDEST with wind chill or without you have been exposed to, but specify which ....

I have been out in shorts and tennis shoes at around actual temp -14 F or so.

Also I have been outside in temps well in excess of -75 below zero...it was really incalcuable, so we were later told...NO...I was not wearing shorts, but a heck of a lot more at the time.

I've been out when it was -25, not counting the wind chill, fixing a car. It sucked.

Ohhhh. Now it makes sense.  The same description also applies to a lot of people in Boulder, CO...thus the hippy inference.

All is right in the world once again.

I wear Birks (love 'em)...but I shave my legs and armpits, et. al.

well, hippy would certainly comes closer to defining my relationship with them..and..

they weren't around in the 60's...at least not where I lived..never saw them advertised or anything..

we wore the leather boots with fringe at the top..

I've just recently seen them referred to as...what OCG said..butch..

Like I said..oh well
