Since when can lotto ticket be bought with a credit card? In Florida you cannot even use a debit card (unless the clerk knows ya and slides it through

New york used to be that way too but the last time I bought a few things and a lotto ticket I put it all on the card.... I have seen many people come down and buy several hundred or more tickets at a time and line close to a block long or longer OUTSIDE the store.
