while in portland.......

......at the rose garden areana before the show, i queried a few people about how they get their buffett info. a few answered they heard he was in town on the radio. a few others said they read it about him in the paper and decided to come see what he was about. a few others relied on other people and another 1 or 2
cruised thru m'ville.com occasionally. needless to say, i recommended they take a look at buffettnews.com

you find the most wonderful people here at Bn... but, please advise them not to believe everything they read.

What's interesting about that is I had someone come up to me...see my name tag and say HEY! It's island_hopper Jen!
They had said they had been lurking and reading the Portland thread, but hadn't registered.....that was kind-of a trip! He seemed very cool, but it kinda makes you wonder about some of the stuff we post.....and that it's open for
anyone to read......just a thought.

True that Jen. I had at least 2 people ask me if THAT was the palm from the internet While we were in San Jose...
