The contract killer is probably easier for us to hire considering we're in the right city. Maybe they can even invited us out to see their work - you know - before you sign the contract and all.
My girlfriend is Italian and I'm convinced that her father is a mafia boss... If I can just get her to admit it to me I can probably get a family discount or somethin'... :P
is he in the wholesale produce or waste disposal bidness?

I'd feel bad for you, but I have no soul.....

No but he is a retired importer/exporter and we all know that is a make believe job. And incidentally, per your last post, his name is Tony. :o

Know any good ones?
NOt right now. Frankie is somewhere in the WPP, Paulie is in Federal custody, and Peter is laying low somewhere.

It would depend alot on how serious it was. How good of a friend was she?

I know this may sound strange, but tell them you forgive her and it is time for you move on, and walk away. I doubt if you would want or need to say anything else. At least you will not have anger and guilt over it. I had a cousin send me thoughtless letter anonymously last year after the wreck last year. She ended up admitting to sending it and apologized. I got word back to her, that I forgave her, but I could never forget the hurt and the pain she caused me. I have no intentions of speaking to or having dealings with her again. I have not seen or spoken with her in many years, no birthday cards or anything else, from her that I can ever recall...yet she claimed she cares and loves me so much. Not even any phone calls over the years.
So just forgive them and move on.
Roll with the punches, play all of your hunches...come what may...

I pretty much do all of the above...Forget...Move On...And Send Them Packing

Too many other things to be concerned with than someone that admittedly says they will continue the behavior that got you to this point in the first place...

BTW...Did she prowl through your undie drawer again??

Friendship is all about trust, and she can't be trusted. Cut her loose.

It'll be a little awkward until you move out but you can be civil without being friendly.
Dumb and drunk as I was, you know I would do it all again.

I wouldn't really forgive that.

The most important thing is to tell her straight up that you cannot trust her and that you will not be able to maintain the friendship with her.

That's the best way to resolve a situation like you are in... just be bold, firm and direct. (of which, I'm sure you are anyway  )
