OK, the guy was on the Today Show this morning, with his lawyer.

First of all, I had not realized that the incident took place two years ago.

Second, he now is claiming that he was alone for at least 25 minutes (though he was not sure because in a crisis like this, who checks their watch?). He also is now claiming that he was on the verge of a heart attack.

So he is suing for $3M.

And, in the interview, while his lawyer is talking, he starts drinking out of a mug--now I don't remember seeing guests drink while on air, but, ok, he is allowed. Then, at the end of the interview, Katie Couric indicates that the mug cites some website about glue.

Give me a break! Can you say opportunist!!!!!

They did a story about this on the Today Show this morning, they had the guy and his lawyer live in the studio. It looked to me like Katie Couric was having a hard time keeping a straight face. I kept waiting for her to ask "what the ***** is your problem?"

I cannot believe how far this loser will go!!!
This guy should be the poster boy for the case of America being such an overly litigious society.
