Just received a SD (sober dial) from Candy and some of the margaritaville.com pholks (I'm sure R2 was close by). They are in the church waiting for Peter to get started.
Candy said it was gray and very cold, the Canadians said they drove down from Ontario in a blizzard.

They said a good crowd was on hand, and that things seemed to be going well.

it was a plan. Figured I could get out of here in time to get up north by intermission. Now, with Peter's bus having problems, it looks like it will be 9 by the time the show starts, so I will make the run and get there by start time.

also means that Q&S has a little extra time to make it thru traffic to the show. :D

Thanks again to Matt for bringing Pete and the guys to play for us! The boys invested in an RV for the band and they had a little trouble with it in Cleveland. The show started about 2 hours late, but was, as usual, worth the wait!

They did a new song, "Echos of the Season." An instrumental where there is a lot of humming but no words. (I am sure there is a word for that...R2?) I told Pete after the show all he was missing was Cung Vu and he would have the Pat Metheny thing down! I know he hates it when I say he sounds like Pat, BUT HE DOES! And I mean that as a true compliment. Next to Pat, Pete is my favorite guitarist!

Great to see BN'ers there...Q&S, Ches4me, Big Hat Carmen and Cougie and of course, Phat Matt!

Regular work outs are obviously paying off for me in the endorphin department! :D They were almost half way done playing "Harmony" before the tears  came!

Kevin and I did not get home until 3 am. We rode to Columbus with Ches4me and Dano. They live about 30mins away from us, so it was a long night for all of us! Kevin and I joke about how Peter keeps us up too late when we go to a PM show! Well, last night was a record! But we made it home safely and we can say our holiday has ophicially begun! :D

Oh and Tiki, if you read this, please see the show tomorrow! You won't be sorry!
