Best Buy did not have it, Circuit City had it at one store and would not sell it to me, another Circuit City did not have it, but were advertising that it was on sale, and the sale ended on 11/12!!!

Thanks for the tip! Got mine tonight and the Borders in my town only had one left! Still it was a few dollars more than Best Buy but I didn't want to wait. Wonder why it was so easy to get this one before the release date. I've never been able to do that before.
