USC vs. Texas

I'm sure these 2 teams will play in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 4th. Who's going to win it all? I personally think Matt Leinart is unstopable and will destroy Texas. What do you guys think?
USC will win, but it's never because of Matt Leinhart. They win games because of REggie Bush, period. I don't think they'll destory Texas either. USC's weakness is their secondary and defense overall. Texas can pass....it would be a shootout, but USC would win. I'm going with 42-38BoozeInTheBlender wrote:I'm sure these 2 teams will play in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 4th. Who's going to win it all? So could Plant City High!LIPH wrote:They could probably beat the NY Jests right now.
during the CBS pregame show a couple of sundays ago the question was posed, who has the best offense in the NFL? 2 responses were USC.LIPH wrote:I saw something in the paper yesterday that USC is the first team in history to have a 3,000 yard passer and two 1,000 rushers (Bush and White). They also have a 1,000 receiver, Jarrett I think is his name, and another receiver who could go over 1,000, he has 858 yards with 2 games left. They could probably beat the NY Jests right now.
(2) 1,000 yard rushers and a 3,000 yard passer.....I'd say it's a no brainerAlbatrossFlyer wrote:texas has a great quarterback.
USC has a great quarterback, 2 great running backs, and 2 great receivers with a 3rd waiting in the wings, and the best offensive line in college football according to many NFL scouts....
why do you think i've been a SC football fan since i was 14?Cubbie Bear wrote:I don't know and I don't care.....
However. If the USC Cheerleaders are wearing those white sweater type tops that cling so nicely (stop yourself Cubbie)

according to the sangrin rankings, the PAC-10 played the toughest non-conference schedule of any conference...IrishG wrote:(2) 1,000 yard rushers and a 3,000 yard passer.....I'd say it's a no brainerAlbatrossFlyer wrote:texas has a great quarterback.

Then again, playing in the Pac-10 doesn't hurt those stats either
