Why are squirrels "road-colored"?
(Or are roads "squirrel-colored"?)

This seems to be a pretty huge mistake (unless it was a deliberate act).

A better question would be why does NASCAR even exist?

It was Darwin's idea of a bad joke? I guess we need a squirrel lover to answer this one.

Hmmmm, maybe because it brings in more tourist dollars than any other sporting event. Oh wait, I know... because its one of the only sports with a "moral" clause that is actually executed. :P

Can you tell I grew up in a town that was supported by NASCAR dollars?

Great one!!! Might this be an unfortunate and non-sensical result of political correctness, or it could just be that it's cheaper to make one part regardless of whether it's used for a drive up or walk-up ATM/MAC machine.

I used to work in the operations area of a major bank. OK you had to SEE the checks, entries etc. I often wondered why they installed elevators with braile when they knew that no one that was in that building was blind and because of the nature of the work there was no way a blind person could perform the job.

The braile ATM thing also bothered me and then one evening I saw a blind person get off the bus and go to the drive up ATM as that particular bank didn't have a walk up after hours ATM. Made sense then.
