Yes, but I don't call it confused because that gets demoralizing. I often look at what people post and if it doesn't make sense I reply only to make less sense. I'm quite good at that. Watch.

John Bocabella?
Is he the grandfather of Bocce Ball?

I work for a big University, but we have a small department. We just do lunch. I like the people I work with, so it's fine-- nothing exciting though.

I really like going to our Xmas party. 4 hours of top shelf booze good food, and unlike most of what I've read here I like most of the people I work with. This year they are having it on Sunday afternoon so you can bring your kids and Santa will be there!!!
I'll still be drunk and outside with the boys smoking, ummmm, well you know.

65$ AU is still a lot of money. Don't go. Make the taxpayers pay for it.

I show up at ours every year, then, about 10 minutes after I get there I say something's come up, grab a couple 12 packs of Corona, say my goodbyes very quickly, then get the hell out of there.
I'd rather be mugged & beaten than party with a bunch of phoney-baloney 50-something losers with a lousy comb-over trying to pick up the 20-something skanks who'd starve to death if they ever had to get a real job.
Merry Christmas, my aching a$$!
Those jerk-offs no more give a damn if I have a Merry Christmas than the man on the moon.
