JB Never Lost in the Music

When you see him playing or listen to one of his shows I think he is totally lost in his music at that moment since he is enjoying himself so much. Which in turin rubs off on anyone around. Which is great.

Hey

I'm a fan since 1977, but when I think about it I can't recall one tune where JB is really lost in his own music. That makes sense cause you think of JB as relaxed, cool, controlled and laid back. Now this morning on my drive into work I was listening to JJW's Best of the Rest- particularly to Hill Country Rain. This is the animated full tilt-bogie version. I think it's awesome but then, I love JJW. Bottom line- is there a JB song where he really gets lost?

I have been thinking about this a couple of weeks...and, in my opinion Jimmy never just gets down and jams like JJW does on HCR...ok, maybe close in a couple of songs.
BUT, I was just listening to CALIFORNIA PROMISES and it hit me how "into" the song he was!
