I have no one exciting in my school years but my Keets football coach, Chad Hudson, (he's now the defensive coach at Grove High School) has a Super Bowl Ring from the Baltimore Ravens. (I Think!..I KNOW he has the ring, I've seen it, I think it was with the Ravens!)

Not a bad coach either
"Mommy, when is Jimmy Buffett coming to OUR house? We go see him ALL THE TIME??" (Actual quote from my 5 y/o keet)

High School Alum and both friends of my family

Gene Stallings - fmr Alabama, Texas A&M and Dallas Cowboys Coach. I believe he was Head coach for A&M before he was 30 and was also Head at Alabama. He's also been a consultant for several football teams including North Texas and Boise State and is a trustee of Abilene Christian University as well as a member of the Board of Regents for Texas A&M. He's also a crusader for Down's Syndrome and has been on NFL psa's with his son, who has Downs.

Raymond Berry Jr.- Pro Football Hall of Famer, Baltimore Colts, receiver for Johnny Unitas. In his 13 year career he only fumbled once. Funny but when he was in high school he didn't start until his senior year. His coach, Raymond Berry Sr., was coach for the same high school for years - from the 50's until the mid 70's.
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

Knew a few guys who made the NFL:

My roomates big brother was Gordon Gravelle OT, Pitt (1972-76, 2 X Super Bowl starter) NY Giants (1977-79) LA Rams (1979). He hosted my roomeates Bachelor Party with visits to a few interesting establishments. Went to one biker bar ... you should have seen the bikers part ways when this very large and imposing man walked in.

Had dinner with Casey Merrill [(DE, Green Bay (1979-83), N.Y. Giants (1984-85), New Orleans (1986)]once, later dated a girl he had dated.

Rolf Benirschke - K, San Diego (1977-86) Also hosted daytime version of Wheel of Fortune (didnt last long)

Mike Moroski - QB Atlanta (1979-84), Houston (1985), San Francisco (1986)

Not in the multi millionaire area.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

High School - nobody while I was going there but my cousin is Terry Kinney who has been in such movies as The Firm, The Last Of The Mochicans(sp) Fly Away Home and was on the HBO show OZ. He also owns a company in Chicago with Gary Sinise.

College - My dorm room my freshman year was the same one that Gov Jim Edgar lived in when he went there!
